Important Update to Users of Pingo EZ Dial Application - October 1, 2016

Dear Pingo Customer:

We are in the process of decommissioning the Pingo EZ Dial Mobile application. If you are an existing user of the Pingo EZ Dial App, do not worry. Your Pingo EZ Dial App will continue to work on your current Mobile Phone.

However if you delete the current Pingo EZ Dial App from your phone or if you change your Mobile Phone, Pingo EZ Dial App won't be available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store starting October 1st, 2016. You will still be able to use Pingo Calling service and take advantage of incredible savings on all your international calls!

You can still make calls using Pingo Access numbers, just save them to your Phone Contact list. PINpass™ feature will ensure that you don't have to enter your Pingo Account and Pin Number for every call. You can also use Pingo Speed Dial feature to save frequently called contacts. Combination of Speed Dial feature and PINpass™ feature will make Pingo International calling seamless.

So why are we decommissioning Pingo EZ Dial? We are in the process of creating a brand new Pingo Mobile Application which would be available early next year. The new Pingo Mobile App will be feature packed and will work over Wi-Fi and Data as well. We are very excited about it. We will keep you updated on the progress of our new Pingo Mobile App over the coming weeks.
