Since 2004, Pingo has been committed to bringing the best voice quality at the best rates to valued customers like you. Recently, we have been working especially hard to bring you some improvements we think you’re really going to like, including our new Pingo Calling Plans, as well as enhancements to the Pingo website and Member’s Area.
The new Calling Plans are designed to better meet our customers’ diverse calling needs. And best of all there are NO minimum monthly spending requirements!
We have also updated the Pingo.com website, where you can find more details about all of the new plans, and we have refreshed the Member’s Area dashboard.
How do the new calling plans impact you?
All existing Pingo customers were converted to the Pingo Platinum (“Classic”) plan on August 27th, 2013. Don’t worry – nothing has changed for you! You will still enjoy the same pricing, call quality and features that you’ve always had, as a member of the Pingo family. Log into the improved Pingo.com website with your existing account number and PIN. There, you can learn more about Pingo Calling Plans in the FAQ section. We also suggest you read the updated Terms and Conditions section as they have been updated as well.
Most important, you will continue to enjoy the superior Voice Quality you have come to expect from Pingo. No matter which calling plan you select, we never compromise on quality!
